Shaolin Soccer Sequel? Shaolin Lacrosse?
It is reported from Filmjunk that there is a sequel being made to one of the best Stephen Chow movies ever made, but in this one, instead of continuing the exploits of Mighty Steel Leg Sing and his band of brothers, it now focuses on a girl who plays lacrosse. Lacrosse??? Now, since this is being produced by Chow, I am hoping that it is as fun and whimsical as the first one. It is called Shaolin Girl, but it is a Japanese movie, or it appears to be Japanese based on the trailer. Please let this one be good. Check out the trailer.
