Here's what I know for sure

1. The world is FULL of stupid people who aren't smart enough to get out of their own way and receive help.

2. Don't mess with people who have the power to control your money or access to money.

3. You should act like you have SOME home training. Don't show your natural ass when you are in places where you might need help...like Unemployment, paying your credit cards or other bills, at your doctor's office. Why? Everyone in the office will know who you are and think you are an ass and no one is going to lift a finger to help you. In fact, some people might take the opportunity to make things more difficult for you because they can..and you forgot they can. It's not right or fair but it happens.

4. The world is full of people who just want someone to listen and care..and that' fair. Everyone deserves this from someone. Not necessarily me though.

5. Life is way too short to sweat things you can't change..it's just stupid to do that.

6. Sometimes the people who are your supervisors and bosses are just plain ignorant and they got to their positions because they hung around long enough to be promoted. I'm not saying that's the case with me..it's something I've noticed over the years. Sometimes it's longevity and not earned.

7. Experience counts as much as education. I'm an educated person but I believe that experience means something too. Too many people who don't have formal education don't give themselves the credit they deserve for just working hard. Formal education is worth something but I've seen a lot of educated people who really don't know a damned thing. And many people who had no formal education who were astoundingly intelligent.

This is what is on my mind today.
