Steve-O of "Jackass" was arrested for vandalism and possession of a controlled substance at 5 a.m. Monday after a neighbor made a citizen's arrest following a dispute over a fence.
This is some of the most insane behavior on these videos that I've ever seen. Everybody's had a "bad neighbor" some time in their life, but this motherf$%er takes it to a whole new stratosphere. If I lived closed to him I'd turn a shotgun on both of us.
