"I have arrived!"

Yes, today marks my entry into the Spill community! And here I swore I'd never put together another profile page after realizing how much I hated myspace and facebook... (Well, to be fair, most of my hate comes from those sites being utterly useless to me, as the only thing myspace is good for is getting music advertised at you and BOTS and the only thing facebook is good for is a slew of completely tripe applications: Note how the only application I've actually kept tabs on in the past few weeks is the one that lets me rate movies. Figures, huh?) Oh well. I figure I'll keep this brief as there's really nothing interesting enough I can say to compete with the fact that it's Super bowl Sunday. ...Or was-- six minutes ago... Who won again? The Eagles? (Please don't hurt me!)

Well, I suppose I mostly (okay, entirely) joined because I keep finding myself checking this site for new video updates, whether it be reviews or the latest Carlyle or Korey rant. Now that I'm a member, I look forward to actually being able to comment on them! So I hope I get to meet/chat with some really cool people here. The community looks awesome, and I've been devoted to movies since... well, as if I can remember. (Earliest childhood movie memory I have involved me hiding behind the couch while my dad watched Poltergeist) Not sure yet what I'm going to do with this blog, as I really try not to spend all my time on the net whining to other people, and I'm just too far up in the clouds for any type of witty social commentary or banter-- but maybe I'll post up some movie/music/game reviews, etc, etc. We'll see.
