I work the suckiest job ever
Asmost of you know,Super Bowl is coming to the University of Phoenix Stadium in Gendale, Arizona. The biggest footbal game ever. And while more then 75,000 people will invade the Staduim, you can find me:
In Section 412-416 cleaning up after those sum'bitches.
Yup, I work at the University of Phoenix Stadium. How is it the suckiest job? Think about it. 75,000 football fans. Yeah.......not very fun. They don't have enough knowledge to throw away their trash in the trash can or aim in the bathroom. I can't seem to enjoy being at the super bowl while I'm unclogging a sh!t-filled toilet. The only positive thing about working there is that we get free lunch. (Which are the leftovers of whatever is left in the company's fridge). I'm not allowed to meet the football players or the cheerleaders or anyone famous in the staduim. I'll get fired. Isn't this such a friendly company?
So, while your watching the Super Bowl, remember that I'm in this crowd,cleaning up and trying to have a good time.

Comment by Bridget on January 31, 2008 at 11:05am - I know how you feel, I work a similar, crappy job: cleaning up movie theaters after the movie is over (reason why I joined Spill). Though in my situation the number of people to clean up afterward is like 600 (approximate capacity of our biggest theater), at most— your job seems like mine at an extreme!! After holding this job for 7 months (it's my first one, which my brother helped me get) I've determined that some of the worst jobs to have are ones where other people are having fun and you're just behind the scenes doing the dirty work. But if you think about it, the world would be really deficient if there were none of these workers doing the dirty work behind the scenes: we deserve more respect and attention than we get! Anyway good luck with your ordeal, and everyone else, always remember to properly clean up after yourselves after your games/movies/etc! ;)

Just ask guys in the military who've been asked to clomb into a shit tank to find a clog. ok i'm off my soap box. heh. now you see the value of that education right? i bet you work with 30-40 somethingswho have never done anything else. just remeber you dont want to be them and stick it out.

Hey there Headphones, i understand you and many people might say: "Hey at least your not (insert job that really isnt that bad)". Those people don´t understand that there is always some unlucky guy who has to clean up after a S**t load of loud, angry and very messy people.
Hope it´ll be easy on you during(and after) the superbowl.
