'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' Viral Recruitment Video

Sometimes film viral marketing can be spectacularly lame, and yet there are instances in which you can't help but enjoy the silly perfection of it. Such is the case with this recruitment video, created to celebrate the release of Jon Chu's 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation.' It's obviously meant to resemble the United States armed forces recruitment videos that you see on television, right down to the fact that they got Keith David to narrate. The surprise at the end is stellar. Take a look at the recruitment video below and let us know what you think.

'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' hits theaters March 28th

I love that they use the same voice from the actual army/marines comercial..

Looks like they got the guy who does the voice for all the Marine recruitment ads.

I prefer the intro to the 80s movie's intro song. I would have joined on the spot if they accepted 5 year olds.

I'm not a fan of GI Joe, but that was pretty cool.

It's really not that big of a surprise when it's in the name of the video...

I'm glad they're taking this more seriously than the first film. :)
