That quote suggests to me that this has now become your opinion and you drew that conclusion based on ALL black people not some because if you just meant some, some zuckerberg types would emerge. Saying that no zuckerbergs would emerge suggests that there is no possiblity because ALL black people would stop that from happening.
DO you understand what i am saying there? I know that it might seem confusing the way i wrote it.
