I really dug the first trailer for Zack Snyder's 'Man of Steel,' but, true to the nature of a teaser, it gave us very little to go on in terms of story. All we could really say from looking at that teaser trailer is that Clark Kent...worked on a fishing boat for a while. That's what makes this new poster for the film so fantastic. It clearly shows Superman (Henry Cavill) in the custody of the police. Now considering he could break those meager steel cuffs whenever he pleased, one has to assume this a voluntary surrender. Either that, or there is kryptonite involved, but as he doesn't look to be in pain, I'm ruling that out. Something quite drastic must have happened to turn the authorities against Superman, and I can't wait to see what that is. Take a look at the poster below and let us know what you think.

No jerry s curl. thank go!.Still I think that Christain Bale should still be Batman. Sure it is ten years later at least play the initial Batman.Then after that don't take off the mask and let somebody else play him.like the way they did with Judge dredd.

@Gift of the magi

Do you ever NOT talk shit?!? Seriously, you take your shit WAY to seriously. Don't heavily judge a movie until AFTER you see it, dumbass.

I think we should all take a moment and appreciate just how ridiculously exactly like Superman Henry Cavill looks. Cant speak for his acting, but as far as looks go he's perfect.

I just hope this movie is better than the piece of shit that came out in 2006!!!!!

First off, there is a lot of assumptions in your little rant, we actually do NOT know what is going on in this photo

Heat rays, not lasers. Now turn over your nerd license.

Be worried? Sure, could even be interesting seeing them approach Superman for the first time to see what he really is. However, it's a terrible knee-jerk cliche' to go straight to oppressive, non-understanding political machine in movies dealing with superbeings or aliens. It's actually WORSE when they make it a selling point for a movie or teaser...because hey, we all HATE government, right?

@Gift of the Magi

Oh, yea, how dare the government be worried when a guy who can fly, carry really heavy shit, and can sometimes possibly depending on the writer shoot whatever colored laser beams from his eyes.

'sigh' This stuff makes my head hurt. The paragon of good and humanity...in cuffs...by US troops...as a teaser poster.

Translation: US military and/or government is/will be evil and have arrested Earth's greatest hero because of...stuff. You know, fuck this. I am DEAD SICK of 'government is evil/uncaring/antagonist' stories. Who's writing this garbage, Cameron?
