Comment by Timmy Cupcakes on October 19, 2012 at 1:51pm Stop scaring my Cyrus! Dave Thomas, the other McKenzie Brother, is actually still alive. Thank you Cthulhu, I was sad for a solid 2 minutes before I googled it.

Comment by TheFuriousOne on October 18, 2012 at 6:06pm Macigal Mystery Tour is on of those movies that I saw when I was about 7 years old and really dug. However I haven't watched it since then. I'm honestly not surprised to hear that it's terrible.

Comment by Steel Eklips on October 18, 2012 at 9:33am so I guess they chose to make the cover a spoiler for the Prometheus Blu-Ray? the studio probably figured that by now everyone has either seen the movie or gone online to look at the images the critics didn't want to spoil in their reviews. I think they should have chose the original poster art with the colossal humanoid head, that I thought was both clever and foreshadowing, this is just blatant.
Comment by MavenCree on October 17, 2012 at 9:00pm Strangers on a Train and Dial M For Murder aren't on the Hitchcock giant blu-ray thing. The box set is from Universal, but those two movies aren't Universal films.
Alfred Hitchcock: The Masterpiece Collection Blu-ray (out on October 30th) will include:
Saboteur / Shadow of a Doubt / Rope / Rear Window / The Trouble with Harry / The Man Who Knew Too Much / Vertigo / North by Northwest / Psycho / The Birds / Marnie / Torn Curtain / Topaz / Frenzy / Family Plot
Comment by MahMahAfro on October 17, 2012 at 6:49pm Livin in the UK u can't say Magic Mystery Tour is a bad movie without pretty much being accused of heracy, saw a documentary on the bbc the other week that basically proclaimed it as a work of genius and the defining cultural moment of the 60s.
Soo glad to hear somebody call it like it is for once - that movie is pointless, selff-indulgant crap..... sorry Beatles.
