Wow this game reminds me a lot of Final Fantasy 12 but without the fun of using the gambit system. Looks very interesting though and they're selling it at my gamestop for 20 bucks so I'll probably pick it up

I could see that Rat Game, depending on what Genre your going for.

@Maxwell, it has no connection to xenogears or xenosaga whatsoever. The initial name didn't have "xeno" in it at all. It was renamed to honor of the creator or some shit who did work on the past 2 xeno games.

At any rate, this is the best RPG I've played this generation, skyrim can get fucked. It's creativity, it's expansive world, and just the sheer scope of the game is amazing, and the gameplay is easy to get into, but really hard to master. You gotta be johnny-on-the-spot when you're in a sticky situation, and the payoff for this is so so very satisfying.

@Lawparte

I think as an american culture we are starting to see to many simularites in their games but I can say the same for us. They just have their tastes and we have ours and there nothing wrong with that. we are finally starting to see there culture in the games themselves and that is a good thing.

I had been trying to figure out why I like these guys so much, and Part 2 finally explained everything. We have a common dislike for cats. LONG LIVE HAPPY HOUR!

Also, ya'll should check out the Xbox version of Witcher 2 next.

I used to be a big fan of JRPGs but the formula has become too tired and repetitive nowadays. I watched a few clips of this game online and I still need to understand what great contribution to the genre we're getting here. I think that Japanese developers need to spice things up a bit or they're going to be stamped out of existence by U.S. and European RPG dev teams who are making serious attempts to keep the genre alive.
