First up with 'The Cabin in the Woods' which tells the classic tale of a group of college students going camping with a new twist.
The third film in a quadrilogy '[REC] 3: Genesis' follows a couple on their wedding day trying to get back to each other after a zombie outbreak splits them up.

Comment by A Ketchup Packet on March 13, 2012 at 2:25am I never had faith in the idea of a REC 3..............I'm a firm believer in "if it's too good to be true, it's probably not true". I was happy enough for a REC 2.......a REC three was pushing the limits of what a studio could do.....you know... competence.
Comment by The Old Boy on March 12, 2012 at 10:39pm Bummer..I mean I was looking forward to Cabin In The Woods and am glad you guys are so high on it but I was looking forwards to a solid 3rd installment to the [Rec] series the most.
A little of column A, a little of Column B.
Comment by The GodDamn Fatman on March 12, 2012 at 5:42pm @James Harrison Are you being funny or did you not read the top of this page. haha. Brian is on a lot of the other podcasts on spill. Check the remote viewing podcasts, they're great.
Um, is it me, but is there a new voice for the movie review? I know Leon, Cyrus, co-host and Corey. But no one introduced the new guy. Has he been on other reviews?
Comment by Richie Vega on March 11, 2012 at 9:09pm Ha! what Mandy Savage said would be so funny but that'd be a lose-lose for him:
some might think it'd be too much self-promotion if he talks about his positive experiences or the goods in his movie
some might realize a flaw they hadn't considered fully before if he talks about his negative experiences or the bads in his movie
others might give him some cred due to sincerity but those converted (convinced by it to see the movie) would probably be less than those demotivated
Maybe after the movie has made its main business?

Can we bring Carlyle in to review his own movie?
Comment by Nikhil Sunil on March 11, 2012 at 6:41pm Im also curious as to wether any of you managed to get to the screening of Carlyles new movie.
It'd be great to hear the spill crews thoughts on it.
