Sylvester Stallone has told StalloneZone that Millenium Films and Nu Image have changed their minds about Rambo V:
I'm letting you know that Rambo has changed course and the story about hunting the man/beast will be done using another character in the lead. RAMBO himself will be heading over the border to a violent city where many young women have vanished.
There will be blood.

FAIL!
The last Rambo was a perfect end to the series. NOTHING more needed to be said about Rambo. The first idea was horrible. But this...so let me get this straight...the lead in Rambo V will be someone other than Rambo and will be hunting a gov't-spawned super soldier monsterman gone wrong...and Rambo is going to kick all kinds of ass in the Mexican Underworld because he's some kind of vigilante Superhero?
