Now I love Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, and Alan Rickman but can't Burton try to stem from another pool of actors? I mean you give any type of script (no matter how over the top) in the hands of actors of their caliber and of course its gonna be entertaining. It seems to me that Burton is hiding behind these mega stars to keep his eccentric projects afloat but all the while it shows hes too scared to use "fresh meat" that would allow an audience to see how good a director he his. Because lets face it, his recent films (especially this one) have so many accomplished actors that don't really need a lot of coaching.

getting mixed signal with this version of AIW, i'll wait to see more clips and trailers to help make a decision to see this movie
