For a while now we've been talking about the upcoming Steve Jobs biopic 'jOBS.' Or I suppose I should say one of the Steve Jobs biopics. 'jOBS' is the version being directed by Joshua Michael Stern ('Swing Vote') and starring Ashton Kutcher. While many of us have felt no small amount of consternation at the idea of Kutcher playing Jobs, the images that leaked from the production gave us at least the small comfort of knowing that the resemblance between the two was fairly uncanny. Now the first clip from Stern's film has landed online. In the clip, Steve tries to inspire his longtime collaborator Steve Wozniak (Josh Gad). I'll admit that I'm impressed with how Kutcher is challenging Jobs' passion, but beyond that the clip is not much to write home about. Take a look at the clip below and let us know what you think.

'jOBS' premieres tomorrow at Sundance and is due in theaters in April

Give me more to work with and I'll get back to you. Kudos on Kutcher for a good performance in the clip.

What a terrible fucking title.

I don't see a problem with this. It reminds me of the Social Network movie except less green. I guess thats what you get for having somebody other than David Fincher behind the scenes.

Ashton Kutcher once again proving how bad of an actor he is. I think i'll just wait for the Sorkin-written Steve Jobs movie,

I...have no interest in a film that continues the martyrdom of a fucking asshole that took the credit for other people's hard work.

Usually I can only stand about 5 seconds of watching Kutcher on screen. Here he does a surprisingly decent job (no pun intended). Maybe he won't screw this movie up.

Like i mention before, I was a PA on this film and Kutcher nails it, the make up is excellent too. It's going to be a good one. And the last words pretty much applies to all the hates on this site. How do you even know what ppl what when they haven't even seen it yet...

@Marz - Kutcher just called, he said "GO FUCK YOUR MOTHER!!!"
