Also about the music: If anyone is a fan of Thomas Newman's music, you can clearly tell Jablonsky is riffing off Newman, circa his Road to Perdition-era scoring...even right down to the guitars serving as percussion.
I found it at least a nice treat and honestly i didn't catch the Inception blasts that Co Host is referring to...unless those were added in post production.

Correction: Jablonsky was Zimmer's understudy, and it wasn't until that crapfest Bay movie the Island did Jablonsky actually serve as Bay's main composer...
Dont know why...don't care why. but Jablonsky still works for Zimmer...

Steve Jablonsky always rips off Hans Zimmer. He's the guy Michael Bay got for his films, presumably because he couldn't get Hans Zimmer.

Saw it last night. It was the avengers in the 1950s with ganster copsseriously I kept replacing Nick Noltewith Nick Fury. Cinematography wise it looks like the Zach Synder film Zach Synder didn't direct. But yeah just some awesome fun.

I liked the movie. I agree with you guys - it wore everything goofy about it on its sleeve. Wasn't anything great, but it was a good time. And I agree with Co-Host, at times the score had me thinking of Hans Zimmer too.
