I had seen previews for this every now and then, but did not see it until yesterday with a still pretty decent turnout. Until I actually do see Argo, this may indeed be my favorite film of the year. It has great drama and humor without one overshadowing the other.  Great performances, a great 'climactic' scene and those cringeworthy scenes where it's just too real. I really loved this film.

I'd give this a Full Price. Bradley Cooper is a better actor than most people give him credit for. Easily his best so far here. And DeNiro with tears in his eyes...wow. A solid film. Liked the little reference to Cooper's previous film 'Midnight Meat Train' too, which was showing at the cinema that Pat and Tiffany had their argument outside of. I saw that.

@Amira,

It took me a minute to realize that JLaw meant Jennifer Lawrence. At first I thought, "I didn't know Jude Law was in this movie,". LOL.

Film was a lot funnier than advertised. Don't understand the JLaw Oscar buzz who certainly didn't bring more to the table than Cooper.

@Hey it's Melvin!

That picture. It scares me.

I'm going to go into the fetal position now.

This is the second time Bradley Cooper and Robert DeNiro are working together, and my ouija table is pointing GOOD SIGN, VERY GOOD SIGN....

There's a difference between insane and unbalanced. If you're insane, that means you're perception of reality is warped or distorted. If you're unbalanced, you're still fucked up, but you can at least recognize most aspects of the real world. Sorry to be a bit sensitive, but this shit really gets to me. I know this firsthand on many levels. I'm trying to stay calm and respectful right now, so please view my demeanor as such. I'm trying not to be an asshole.

She said that she had to gain weight for this role. GOOD! She looks hotter in this than she did in Hunger Games.
