Three New 'Dark Knight Rises' Images
At this point, I don't need to see any more footage, stills, or trailers to increase my desire to see Christopher Nolan's 'The Dark Knight Rises;' I'm pretty maxed out on excitement. However, I'm not about to deprive our faithful Spillios of these things. To wit, I offer these three recently released images. The first shows Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, and director Nolan sharing an on-set powwow. The second shows Bats surrounded by cops in the middle of the street. Finally, the last pic is a nice, close-up shot of Tom Hardy as Bane. Again, I didn't need to be sold, but these images ain't bad. Take a look below and let us know what you think.

Everyone keeps whining about how Javier Bardim should have played Bane, but does it ever occur to anyone that he may have been offered the role and turned it down or that he may have had an interview with Nolan and Nolan didn't like him or that his schedule was full or Nolan gave first choice to his friend Tom Hardy?
Technically this IS a whitewash but that's really a matter of circumstance, Nolan certainly isn't racist, he wouldn't have written Sito in Inception as Asian and cast Ken Watanabe in the role!

Many of the heads of the project may be British (because we rock) but Warner Bros. and Legendary Films who are financing the project are American companies so it's pretty much an American gig!

CHEEZYSPAM Late last year they did come out and say that the venom is inhaled through the mask and that the tubes run underneath his clothes. But I do agree that maybe he found a way to Scarecrow's gas into it. The scene where Bruce Wayne wakes up and Bane is sitting there, Wayne seems to have some sort of hangover effect from being exposed to it.

Last I checked Nolan is British...and Bats, Alfred, Comissioner Gordon, Bane are Uk boys. Only American who was in the limelight was Fox, Dent, and now gay boy Joseph Gordon Levitt.
