@Red Knight

John wasn't trash talking Cyrus. Listen to the review again, Cyrus was making fun of himself and he said himself "Oh Cyrus, you're such a dumbass" around the 2:00 min mark of the review.

John, no need for trash talking.

Cyrus said it right.

As Quebecer I'm happy that Spill reviewing that movie even though I didn't think much of that movie when I saw it :)

Philippe Falardeau is a talented director.  It's definitely a "tour de force" to make a good movie about a topic that could easily go wrong or cartoonish.

I liked how the movie touched the various barriers of communication for teachers in the primary school education system. Many ways of doing things in the past where thrown away without assessing it.

Another aspect which maybe wasn't obvious but there's a part of nostalgia thrown in there about the classical curriculum should not be thrown away or demonized. It often is thrown out the educational system but the movie suggests subtly that the classic curriculum has great value.

Cyrus got it right, Québécois is pronounced Ke-be-kwa.

I'm surprised that I'm the only Spillio that saw this one!
