Comment by Joseph Trochez on May 3, 2012 at 4:58pm @Luke Mullen thanks for apologizing. I probably took it more personally then I should of. You are a good guy in my book.
Comment by Luke Mullen on May 3, 2012 at 12:12pm RE: The religious thing, Brian's right, we're not going to have a full on religious debate in the comments section, but I do want to apologize to anyone that was offended by what I said. I grew up a pastor's kid, my parents are Christians and I love and respect them more than anyone on planet earth. What I was trying to point out was that there is plenty of stuff in the Bible for atheists and others to make fun of and attack and it rubs ME the wrong way when movies or entertainment go out of their way to make stuff up to make Christians sound dumb. Obviously I didn't word things very well but that was my point. I meant no disrespect to anyone. To avoid a huge debate, I'd appreciate it if we could all move on.
Comment by Luke Mullen on May 3, 2012 at 12:09pm Did I not explain myself well enough about Shame? I liked it a lot! Or are you all just disappointed that Cyrus didn't care for it as much?
Comment by Luke Mullen on May 3, 2012 at 12:07pm @Rhubarb not according to the internet dude Reykjavík-Rotterdam http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1233576/
Comment by Luke Mullen on May 3, 2012 at 12:05pm @OdO is there something about Blu Tuesday you feel like we could incorporate or do you just miss the guys that did that one?
Comment by Luke Mullen on May 3, 2012 at 12:03pm @ilmena.2 dude it certainly wasn't meant to be a dig, I was just saying that the vast majority of younger folks most likely haven't had sufficient life or sex experience for it hit home for them. Certainly didn't mean they couldn't enjoy the film, or that there wouldn't be outliers. Wasn't a dig at all
Comment by Jon Riddle on May 3, 2012 at 11:55am Thanks for the shout-out to Amicus and their well-done series of anthology horror movies. I'm a sucker for anything starring Peter Cushing! Also, Cyrus has voiced an opinion I've had for a few years now. When Universal released their Legacy Collection boxed sets featuring their famous monster movies (which were a great series of DVD releases) there should have been an Abbot and Costello Meet the Monsters boxed set as well. I'm suprised Universal hasn't released this yet, because I'd buy it immediately.

Comment by Haron Dick on May 2, 2012 at 11:57pm Shame was fucking great. Don't know why Cyrus & Leon disliked it so? Oh well.
Comment by SpikeGhost on May 2, 2012 at 10:56pm It's true about Bob's burgers. I hated it at first but since it's between the Simpsons and Family guy and American dad sometimes i would end up watching and it really grew on me. Now i really love that show.
