New 'Dark Knight Rises' Trailer Is Here!
Now that we've reached the week of 'The Avengers' release, I can start refocusing my attention to the other hugely anticipated 2012 summer movie: Christopher Nolan's 'The Dark Knight Rises.' It was recently announced that there would be a brand new trailer for 'TDKR,' in front of 'The Avengers,' but you don't even have to wait until Friday to see it. The brand new trailer just hit the web and it features a ton of new footage. Batman's flying vehicles, Catwoman kicking ass, and a clearly remixed Bane voice are but a few of the revelations offered. I feel I must once again futilely ask, is it July yet? Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.

Killing Bruce Wayne with Batman living on is even more ballsy. Him having to be Batman for the rest of his life while hiding in the shadows just sounds so bleak.
The banter between Catwoman and Batman has to be there, yea its cheesy but it still works. The end of the trailer works because we get to see that the new vehicle can act as a jet. The Avengers even has cheesy lines of humor, some hit and some don't.

That "Not everything, not yet" line gets me every time. I love the movies, but I've never gotten anywhere close teary eyed over either of them. And this is just one line.
If Nolan has enough balls to actually kill Bruce Wayne (without resorting to the "But Batman lives on!" bullshit), the movie is a 10/10 by default.

Bane speaks twice in this trailer and I can hear him once. That's a slight improvement. The last trailer I could not make out what he said at all.

I kind of know what the movie is going to be about, but I still dont know what's going to happen in it by watching the trailers. And that's why this is a good example of a trailer.

The movie looks pretty good so far. Unfortunately, the Cat Woman parts are making me cringe every time I see it. Hopefully, the silly back and forths with Batman and Cat Woman(like in the end of the trailer) are held to an extreme minimum, as it makes it seem kinda' corny....also, the voice....for fucks sakes, 3 movies, and Bale/Nolan keep the voice....*sigh*..I'm certain the story will be good enough to keep me interested.

bane's voice before was more scarier..but this is definitely more clearer, you can tell it has been fixed and i don't know if that is good or bad? i guess it doesn't really matter cos it didn't take down my excitement one notch!
