I'm pretty sure the Superman Video Game Billy is thinking of if it's not Superman Returns is actually one of the few "good" Superman games. I really liked it because it was essentially a lost episode of Superman The Animated Series. It was called Superman Shadow of Apokolips. They even got the whole voice cast from Superman TAS.
