New 'Gremlins' Poster From Mondo Tees
In the past, I'm sure you've heard us gush about Mondo Tees, the merchandising wing of the Alamo Drafthouse here in Austin, and that's simply because they are unstoppably awesome. Just in time for the holidays, Mondo sponsored a screening of one of the greatest Christmas movies of all time, Joe Dante's 'Gremlins,' and unveiled their new poster for the film. What I love about Ken Taylor's poster is it plays up just how sinister and nasty the post-pupal stage Mogwai can be; emphasizing the horror aspects of the film where most play up the sweet and/or the comedic. Take a look at the poster below and tell us what you think. Oh, and Happy Holidays!
