I agree with you there SpikedGhost.
The Thing is a classic example since it came out at the same time as E.T.
However it soon became a cult classic when VHS came out.

I'm sure that Scott Pilgrim will become a classic with time. A lot of movies do bad in Theater and get moer fame with time :)
