New Webcomic From Hollywood Writer Brings the Funny

I'm a big fan of webcomics. Unfortunately, most of them are really atrocious, gathering a small crowd by dealing with nichey subject matter. Even some of my favorites, like Penny Arcade, could easily be accused of being standoffish to people who don't obsessively play video games. Hell, I don't know what they're talking about half the time.

Enter, Mike Le. Mike is a writer who had a bunch of spare time lately. If you have to ask why, you clearly weren't paying attention. Mike got a lot of his Hollywood experience being the former assistant to Owen Wilson and Wes Anderson. Dude, he was helping out on the set of the legendary unpurchased pilot, Heat Vision and Jack! Mike these days has graduated upwards, but still found himself in the same work quandary as many other professionals in Hollywood for these past few months. So.....and this brings us back full circle....he decided to start up a web comic.

Mike's strip is called Don't Forget to Validate Your Parking and it points a savage and funny eye at insider Hollywood, albeit one that doesn't stretch the art skills too much. Take a look:

Hey, I LOVED Cloverfield and this is still funny stuff. Check out Mike's strip over here.

Good stuff cyrus. By the way, are you aware you have a twin in the webcomic "SomethingPositive"?

Web comics are funny like that. They can make some of the people laugh some of the time while other people see it all as a big inside joke. It's something I struggle with in my own comics as well.

BTW This was HILARIOUS!

The writing is what counts, however, some more variation in his art would be awesome.
