Sony Pictures to Make 'Venom'

Lionsgate Poster Auctions for 'The Spirit' and 'Disaster Movie'

Lionsgate is auctioning off posters for two of this year's releases: The Spirit and Disaster Movie. Both auctions will benefit The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and while we'd love to tattoo this 'Disaster Movie' but this is a good cause and there's nothing funny about that.



Auctions begin today and will continue through the weekend, ending on August 4th.

'THE SPIRIT' Art School Program Poster

This one is pretty cool and a great opportunity for art students. It's called THE SPIRIT Art School Program.

Universal Gets 'Inglorious Bastards'

Universal Studios has landed the Quentin Tarantino WWII film, 'Inglorious Bastards'.

Quentin Tarantino has met with Brad Pitt to play the role of Aldo Raine and Leonardo DiCaprio to portray Nazi Hans Landa. Shooting is scheduled to begin in the fall in Germany and France.

COMICON REPORT - Terminator: Salvation

Here I was thinking McG was some fake, suburban white boy fronting a hip hop name just to be cool. I even expected him to come out in a wife beater sporting a gold chain and a backwards baseball cap. Complete with doo rag.

WATCHMEN Panel at Comic Con

So after adjusting to all the craziness that is COMICON I was finally able to attend some panels and report on what I've seen and heard.

The Dark Knight is Fastest to $200M

Hancock Director to helm "Hercules" Movie
