QuickKick posted a statusWhen I was in a local video game store that focuses on selling retro games I saw a copy of this game. However, the UK version only says Castlevania on it. Due to my ignorance, I was unaware that this wasn't the originally Castlevania. So when I started to play it I rather disappointed to see the typical Metroidvania gripes:
-Long, unskippable dialogue sequences.
-Only appeal to attack in two directions (that whip spinning attack doesn't count as multiple directions as…

First one is Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition.
I saw the trailer and I'm glad that they've brought that well-dress man from a crossbow as a red phantom.

The next one is Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2.
The reason here being that there's someone who could be…

I don't get the craze over Diablo to be honest. I do think it's a decent enough series but the hack-and-slash got boring eventually because it's just clicking the mouse button like crazy. From what I've seen of 3, there's nothing new for it. I felt Magicka done it right because it got really hard, had alot of abilities for you to use in different ways and you were endlessly swarmed with various monsters.

This is an article from a very laughable newspaper here in Liverpool. I wouldn't take this seriously but this isn't the first recent time this crap has come up. It's almost pitiful how the LGBTQUAP community is being used as a gimmick.

Here's who I can imagine being in the next Mortal Kombat:
(From vanilla MK9)
-Johnny Cage
-Sonya Blade
-Raiden
-Lui Kang (Rivalry with Raiden, over the deaths that said person caused)
-Cyrax
-Sektor
-Reptile
-Ermac (Now reformed, following Shao Kahn's death and becomes King Jerod. He wants to free his wife and daughter's souls from Quan Chi)
-Scorpion
-Quan Chi (Hunted by Scorpion)
(For…

I find this scene to be alot better than the Peter Jackson version. It's chaotic and the enemies are actually intimidating. The Uruks in Jackson's ones lost their appeal once Gimli was able to leap into hundreds of them and survive. In this, killing…

Ever played a difficult game in which you've said to yourself "I wish I was invincible so I could get past all these levels"? Well here's a game that grants that wish straight away. 'Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood' is only of the easiest, most hand-holding games ever made. From start to finish you a walking deity and can one-hit kill anything at the touch of a button. You have a huge arsenal of weapons and armour to help you defeat legions upon legions of soldiers. Is this all it's cracked up…

My two main fears about The Hobbit: (1) Smaug is reduced to a voiceless, generic villain with nothing to do except be an over-animated farce with only one scene. (2) The three trolls being on too long and voiced by obnoxious British-comedians.

I remember playing this game from a young age on the SNES. I never had the pleasure to play the game in the arcades. By the time I was old enough to play video games, about 5 years old, there were a lot of zombie shooters and star wars shooters. This was around the time the 3D gimmick into play; as in polygons not the glasses. Back to Mortal Kombat, made by Acclaim Entertainment in 1991 as, originally, a small project, this game hit the arcades and became a huge success. What really made it…
