We’ve heard talk several times of another Alien movie being tossed around - an idea that sounds pretty unappealing after we’ve seen how well the nemesis has developed over the course of the Alien vs. Predator flicks. About the only thing that would make me interested in another chapter of the extraterrestrial terror would be the return of the other staple for the franchise - Sigourney Weaver as Ripley.

No I am not talking about the classic comedy spoofing airplane movies. But I am talking about Winona Ryder and airplanes. Ms. Ryder was on a flight to London and has taken an accidental overdose of sleeping pills. The flight attendants did not realise this until they found her unconcious after landing in London. Ms. Ryder was rushed to hospital and her condition seems currently stable.… Continue

One of the most anticipated films of the year (at least in Australia) and the film that is expected to redeem Fox's list of failures over the past year has been pushed back. It isn't official as to why Baz Luhrmann asked for an extension for the film but reports are that Fox pressured Luhrmann into filming a new ending after test screenings were not too warm towards it. (Spoilers) It was reported that in the original ending one of the main characters died (End of Spoilers) However the people at… Continue

A few people may have noticed my outrage at the AFI 100 best movies because they did not have any movies on there past like 1995. This bugs me because of the fact that we still make good movies and people really need to stop thinking that there were only good movies in 'the good old days.' So I am going to start off my doing the top five movies in each category from 1995 to 2008. If you disagree I would love to hear from you and possibly add your suggestions to the list. Okay here we go! Note: I… Continue
