For the Spill podcast "Let's Do This" ' 6 month/half-year anniversary, I've put together a list of the top six Let's Do This episodes so far.
Since debuting on the Spill.com website in October 2008, "Let's Do This" has grown into the longest and the most popular podcast on Spill.com introducing soon-to-be-classic catchphrases such as "GET TO THE CHOPPA!!!!!", "I'm A Goat And I Eat My Own Milk", "Good Shit", "McRib, Chomp", and "FUCK YO THOUGHTS". The two hosts, Korey & Co-Host,… Continue

The new trailer for 20th Century Fox sequel Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs is now online.
In the third film, Scrat is still trying to nab the ever-elusive nut (while, maybe, finding true love); Manny (Ray Romano) and Ellie (Queen Latifah) await the birth of their mini-mammoth, Sid (John Leguizamo) the sloth gets into trouble when he creates his own makeshift family by hijacking some dinosaur eggs; and Diego (Denis Leary) the saber-toothed tiger… Continue

Entertainment Weekly reports that Amanda Seyfried has had to drop the lead role in Zack Snyder's Sucker Punch, because HBO won't release her from her "Big Love" commitment, which will be in the middle of filming its fourth season.
The Mamma Mia! star was set to play Babydoll, a young woman who has been committed to an insane asylum and fantasizes about escaping with the help of her fellow inmates.
I don't know, for some reason, after seeing Watchmen, I wanted to see a Watchmen spinoff prequel movie about Rorshach. Let me tell you something, I think it would be a hell of a lot better than a god-damn Wolverine movie. Seriously, who the hell decided to make a spinoff movie about the main leader of the X-Men? Okay, getting off the subject here, anyway, I would like to see more of the origin of Rorshach and learn more about Walter Kovacs as well before… Continue

All right, folks, here's my review for the movie Miss March, which only made $2 million at the box office this weekend and unfortunately, that sucks that it made that much because this movie was not all that bad.
First thing first, I've actually never seen 'The Whitest Kids U Know' although I've heard one of their comedy bits entitled 'Bus Driver' which is actually really funny, here it is right here and take a listen:
A few weeks ago, there was a report that FOX may be trying out a reboot of the Fantastic Four films which, honestly, and I'm not afraid to say it, I didn't hate the last two films like most people did, especially the second one which was better than the first one.
The way I see the cast, I would think that a cast with mostly Oscar nominees/winners could make a stronger superhero movie like The Dark Knight… Continue

Actor Ron Silver has died at the age of 62. According to the New York Post, he was battling esophageal cancer for two years.
Horror fans will recognize him for his turn in the 1981 film The Entity. He later went on to star in various genre offerings such as Shadow Zone, Timecop, The Arrival and the thriller Blue Steel. In 1990 he starred in Reversal of Fortune alongside Jeremy Irons and Glenn Close.
According to slashfilm.com, the film only grossed $5.2 million on Friday on its' way to a $15 million weekend. That would mark a 71% drop which is horrible. And also, it's a shame!
I really loved this movie and it is the best movie I've seen this year, but you've got to take under consideration that I've not see a lot of movies from 2009 but that one, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Pink Panther 2, and Fired Up.
File this in your the “Yet another way Fox has found to inspire geek hate” folder: According to a report by VideoBusiness (Via CNet), 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is going to start stripping rental DVDs SKUs of special features like commentaries and featurettes, in a horrendously misguided attempt to spur retail DVD sales. Retail copies available for purchase will retain all the special features. This policy will begin on March 31st, when DVD… Continue
Paving the way for the production and release of its multi-character superhero film, The Avengers, Marvel Entertainment, Inc. announced today an adjusted release pipeline for its self-produced feature film properties that reflects the first time individual Super Hero characters and story arcs will be inter-woven and culminate in a multi-character motion picture. Separately, Marvel Studios confirmed today that Sony Pictures Entertainment will release Spider-Man 4 on May 6, 2011. Additionally,… Continue

This here is my review for both Fired Up! (a movie that nobody is seeing) and Watchmen (a movie that everybody's seeing).
FIRED UP!
I was one of those people that saw the trailer for this movie and thought to myself "Ah, fuck, it's another goddamn cheerleader movie". But then I saw the Spill.com review and some of the TV spots, all saying positive things about the movie and I thought to myself "What the hell I'll check it… Continue

“Who is watching the Watchmen?” Just about everyone…or so it seems.
The brand new film adaptation of the classic graphic comic Watchmen is a hit of monstrous proportions on its opening weekend, but not everyone loves it. In fact, not only is there a prominent character named Rorschach (played by Oscar nominee Jackie Earle Haley), the film itself is serving as a Rohrschach Test for critics, fanboys and the broader public.
Tracy Morgan and Martin Lawrence are joining Chris Rock in Screen Gems and Sidney Kimmel Entertainment's remake of Death at a Funeral, says The Hollywood Reporter.
Also joining the cast are Loretta Devine, Ron Glass, Danny Glover, Regina Hall, James Marsden, Zoe Saldana and Columbus Short.
Neil LaBute is directing the ensemble comedy in which a funeral ceremony turns into a debacle of misplaced cadavers and family secrets. When… Continue

Despite a ratings decline this season, NBC plans to bring back "Heroes" for a fourth season, said entertainment president Angela Bromstad.
The Hollywood Reporter says the network plans to order 18-20 episodes of the show for next season. That's fewer hours than "Heroes" first or current third season (which each had orders of at least 23 episodes), with season two having been cut short due to the writers strike.
Fox Home Entertainment has announced DVD ($29.98) and Blu-ray ($39.98) releases of Slumdog Millionaire for the 31st March. Extras will include a commentary by Director Danny Boyle and Actor Dev Patel, a second commentary by Producer Christian Colson and Writer Simon Beaufoy, a Slumdog Dreams: Danny Boyle & The Making of Slumdog Millionaire featurette, 12 deleted scenes, and a Slumdog Cutdown feature. The Blu-ray release will include all of the above, plus a From… Continue
If you've been living under a rock over the last few weeks, then you haven't heard the plans of a third Ghostbusters movie being in the script-writing process to start shooting in the fall. You probably also didn't hear that Judd Apatow was producing it and much of the cast from the first two films are also back on board as well with a script by two of the writers of 'The Office'.
So, I thought to myself, who would make a good cast of a third… Continue
