A bunch of good actors on a boat listening to good...no, GREAT music should be a recipe for one of the best films of the year. Yet as I sat there watching this, all I could think to myself is "Do you think it's possible for me to eat my own face?" Thats right ladies and gentleman, this movie FUCKING SUCKS.
I already know people are going to disagree with this...i'm positive. But i'm sorry I can't help it, I hate this movie. And the worst part is; I should love it. Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Bill…

Let's take a step back a year to that little film released called The Dark Knight (don't worry if you havent seen it...it's pretty crappy :P.) At the start of the film there was quite an intense bank robbery, masks, gun shots, some safe cracking, more gun shots..the works. And when we finally saw the scene, many compared it to Michael Mann's Heat, saying that Christopher Nolan payed "homage" to this classic film. But then let's take a look in a more....shitty direction. I'm sure everyones eyebal…

Over 10 years ago, Quentin Tarantino began work on a titleless script about WW2. He proclaimed that this was the best script he'd ever written, as you'd imagine, his fans were in awe. And one year ago, he finished the script writing the ovies title in pen on the front page. 'Inglourious Basterds,' spelled wrong for an unknown reason (which I have my thoughts on). Shooting began almost momentarily in order to get the film done in time for Cannes. And now here we are, Cannes is only a memory and t…

So boys and girls, let me tell you about a little thing called Sundance. What is there to tell though, you all probably know. But for those three who don't... Sundance is an international film festival which hosts movies lacking major distributors. Usually these filmes have been made with the change from under the sofa but alot of the times, this is where the best stuff is produced. This year, we got stuff like (500) Days of Summer, Black Dynamite and Spread. And now for all those aspiring film…

Well it may be official, then again maybe it's bullshit, but according to Daniel Craig, there won't be any continuation on the Quantum storyline. Craig had this to say.
The next James Bond movie won't be a continuation of "Quantum of Solace" or so claimed two-time Bond depicter, Daniel Craig. Addressing the future of James Bond movie, Craig slammed down the speculation that "Bond 23" would be part of a trilogy. "No f--king way," he said to Collider at "Defiance" press day. "I'm done with tha…

Let me give you the virtual experience. It's Friday, 6 P.M. You're on your way home from the office. You hate your job. As you drive you get a call on your cell. "Hey man, I got a 6 pack of brews, i'm comin' over, rent a movie." As much as you don't feel like saying yes, you do bregrudgingly. Upon entering the video store, you scratch your brain as to what would be the best thing to watch at a time like this. Hey the new Merryl Streep movie is out...

Now, I have no objection to the fact that Liam Neeson is a fantastic actor. He's done a few stinkers, like Qui Gon Jin and that American cowboy he played (I can't remeber the movie's name). From hiding jews to training Batman, Liam Neeson has done it all. Taken is Liam Neeson's update on his badass image, and as far as the films concerned, he is still a badass. But I just don't see what the fuss is about.

Ah Watchmen. The fruition of the fanboy time bomb has hit silver screens around the world. Already breaking records, Watchmen could prove to be a perfect comic book adaptation, or it could be disasterous. After sitting through 160mins of spandex and blue weiners, i can safely say that Watchmen, as flawed as it was, was still a good adaptation.

In less than a week, Alan Moore's ticking time bomb known as Watchmen will premiere on the big screen for the first time ever. The film has been 10 years in the making. Being switched from director to director, having names like Kevin Costner, Keanu Reeves and Simon Pegg attactched. All just distant memories. Director Zack Snyder must be counting down the minutes. This is the film that will make or break him. If this fails, who will forgive him.
A little under a year ago the world got its first…

Sam Raimi spoke to Empire magazine and said that he would like to see Morbius Take on Spiderman in the next installment due out in 2011.

"He's really cool. A vampire. I like that combination of superhero plus supernatural." Said Raimi.

First off I will say that I love Al Pacino movies. Dog Day Afternoon, The Godfather, Scarface. All great movies, but now it's come to this. 88 Minutes is some of the worst bull shit I have ever witnessed. Al Pacino gives this souless face like he's about to slip into a stroke. Which he almost did in one seen where his left eye started twitching. But this shit, I can't even express how much I hate this. Now granted, it wasn't the worst to come out in 2008 ( I still think the mummy 3 was worse.) B…

The Biggest Loser has recently started back on in Australia and I have a few complaints about its content and general regard for human decency. I know there is a large amount of people suffereing from glandula or some kind of disease that makes them like that. But 8/10 times, these people cannot control their eating. So some TV jerk off executive decides to come up with a show, thats virtually a television gym, but way way more demeaning. Being fat these days is determined as a disease. Cancer i…

Grrrrrrrrr. That line says it all. The days of Clint Eastwood grumbling that expressionless sound definetly lets you know some ass kicking is about to take place. In Clints new film "Gran Torino" the 78 year old acts and directs this story of gang life and friend ship. So i'm just going to start this review in the only way that feels right...
This movie is fucking awesome!!!

Alirighty, so this movie came out a few years ago, but that doesn't mean that it can't be praised, and lordy does this movie deserve praise. Oh my god, this movie was awesome. Two hours of Jodie Foster kicking mugger ass. I was just watching this movie in anticipation, just waiting for her to get her revenge on the SOB who made her like this. But in all my excitment, I should probably give a real review.
Alright boys and girls, it's time to get serious. Jodie Foster plays Erica, a radio Dj who…
