Listen To Adele's 'Skyfall' Theme Song

One of the best parts of any new James Bond film is hearing the theme song. This franchise has a legacy of incredible music, and now the opening song from 'Skyfall'has been revealed in full. I have to say, I think Adele knocks it out of the goddamn park. The song is smoky, cool, and features beautiful hints of the James Bond theme itself. I could listen to this all day. Take a listen for…

Adele Will Sing 'Skyfall' Theme Song

For James Bond fans, one of the best parts of the release of a new film is hearing the new theme song. The introductory tune always sets the stage for the film to follow and has been a staple of the franchise since nearly the very beginning. About a year ago, UK pop singer …

Ranking the Gotham Rogues: The Best and Worst of Christopher Nolan's Batman Villains

Of all the superheroes in all the world, Batman is one of the most iconic and legendary. Why is that? Is it his great fortune? His ultimate humanity? His unique symbol or quest for justice? Or is it partly the fact that he has spawned some of the greatest villains in all of modern literature, never minding their origins in comic book form? Yes, it is safe to say that Batman's rogues' gallery is arguably the greatest in all of comic books simply because each villain has a fascinating thing…

Watch Kermit Sing 'Life's A Happy Song' With Flight Of The Conchords' Bret McKenzie

Without giving anything away, I will simply state that I thoroughly enjoyed 'The Muppets.' One of my favorite parts was the opening song entitled 'Life's a Happy Song.' As part of the marketing campaign for the film, Kermit the Frog appeared with Bret McKenzie, one half of the comedy music duo Flight…

My Metal Ditty (yes I write songs too)

Hello fellow spillios!

I'm not sure if any of you know me enough to know that my second love, besides art, is playing guitar. I used to play a lot more than I do now but I've been real busy this past year or so with school and art commissions. So here's a little ditty I recorded a while ago and just recently touched up. I just did this through garage band so no fancy stuff, because I basically just do this in my spare time for fun.

I wanted to write a metal song that…

(Rebecca Black Friday Review) Mediocrity is Fun: or Which Seat Will You Take?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NLjz-ZJmEc

This is my review of Rebecca Black's Friday. I am new to this sort of thing, so if anyone who is good at this has any advice, I would love that. I desperately want to get better. I would like to point out that I do not like the song specifically. I like it in the same way that some people like Troll2. There seems to be a lost in translation type thing with this video.…

My Review of The Social Network

The tagline appropriately reads “you don’t get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies along the way”.

I went into The Social Network think it was just the exaggerated arrogant rich boy story of the rise of the worlds youngest billionaire, it was much deeper than that. I saw it as a commentary on my generations desire to want to move ahead in life faster than they are capable of handling, as well as it’s childish angry rebellious attitude.

Song of the South - A Review of the Racist Disney Animated Classic

So I was fortunate enough to get a copy of the literal “black sheep” of Disney Animation Studio Song of the South. I got my copy from a friend of mine whose roommate stumbled upon a bit torrent containing every Disney movie made prior to 1975.

Now my friend and I have one thing in common which most people would find odd. We share a love for racial humor. We know when to throw them as well as how to take them when they are thrown at us. However, we also know… Continue

80's Style Theme Songs for Jennifer's Body and Saw

I wish it was today, like it was back then like in A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, where the Horror movies had a theme song with the Horror movie title as the main lyric of the song.

For example, the upcoming Jennifer's Body:

You know she's a hottie,

but she's like a…

All Along the Battlestar: Bob Dylan digs the Cylons

For you BSG fans, we found out on Friday's episode "Someone to Watch Over Me" that (spoiler) Starbuck's dad knew the song "All Along the Watchtower," which was the song that brought four of the Final Five together, and was recreated by Boomer's daughter Hera in her drawings. I did a some research, and here are my interpretations behind why this song was chosen as the Cylons' national anthem, as it were.

First of all, here are the lyrics.

“There must be some kind of way out… Continue

A Co-Host Christmas song!

This is a christmas carol, I wrote for Co-Host, about Co-Host to the tune of "Rudolph the Red-nose Raindeer".

I hope you enjoy it! :)

Lyrics :

There was Korey, and Cyrus and,

And Carlyle, and the…emmm… the forth guy!

And other fun members

The Spill page is run by,

But do you recall,

The most drunken member of all?

Co-host, The Smartass Robot,

Had a inormus lust for beer,

And when he went home driving,

He most likely… Continue
