What is arguably the most iconic Hollywood film of the modern era is back once again to rake in more money. But what is it that has made this film so massive in its impact? It's a movie about an event that almost no one living today ever experienced, it's a James Cameron film without nuclear weapons, Terminators,…
The Expendables is a movie directed by Sylvester Stallone that tells the story of a group of renegades that make the job out of the eyes of the law. Their latest job is to overthrow an South American dictator but without knowing that there's more behind all this. This film full of action and adventure is like a tribute to all those 80's and 90's action movies, first because all the…Continue

Some people have waited their entire life for mix-ups or team-ups of certain action stars. The best one I could think of was The Forbidden Kingdom where Jackie Chan and Jet Li have a spectacular fight and later team up to fight against the bad-guys in an awesome way. So we were hoping to see Sylvester Stallone,… Continue

Now, it's hard to classify what to call a "killer." One that kills, obviously. But some characters kill once but it's serious, some vow not to kill afterwords, some do it on accident. Some kill for good, some for evil. I hadn't a clue what to classify them as. So I'll explain for each one exactly why they're here. I had trouble, is the point. Without further ado, another list (it's been awhile):
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you my favourite thing to do on the interwebs. No, not that thing... But, another thing! That thing just happens to be me and my great love for awesomely-spectacular soundboard prank calls!
That's right. And today, we'll be counting down some of my own personal favourites in this list of the "Top 10 Soundboard Prank Calls (As Selected by 'thejon93rd')"!
Another decade has passed since John Connor (Nick Stahl) helped prevent Judgment Day - the day the Skynet program was fated to became self-aware and destroy mankind. But August 29, 1997 came and went without incident. His mother deceased, Connor now lives "off the grid" with no record of his existence and thus no way Skynet… Continue

DVD is still here, still good, and there’s never been a better time to NOT be upgrading to the new tech. Why? Because the studios are dumping all their product out on DVD in inexpensive (comparatively) fashion and putting out all kinds of box sets totally worth your time. Exhibit A, for your perusal, I present the new Schwarzenegger DVD set from Lionsgate. As opposed to the last time they pooped out one of these, trying to get a… Continue
How do you top a great movie? By making a terrific sequel.
Simply put, this is one of the best films ever made. Director James Cameron stacks the bar for what he brought with the first-installment and adds a whole-new layer with this installment. More fun, more action, more characters, more subplots, pretty much more of everything.
The only real thing that fans of the original may want… Continue
He launches another very poorly constructed review of McG's latest film, which I did like. I don't think it's great, it's definitely flawed, but it's good. Anyway, check this out on YouTube and read some of the ridiculous comments his supporters leave. This guy attracts some retarded fans.
First off, he is scarcely making a review here. He's just saying: "I was right, the movie sucks, here are the one sentence review summaries from Rotten Tomatoes, you all… Continue
Apparently Arnold and McG were working in secret about getting him in Terminator 4. So what he did to get Arnold in the movie without being in the movie is using a body mold from the last time he was the T-800 and are digitalizing it. So Arnold will be a CGI character in Terminator Salvation.…
Now, before I start this list, I want to talk a bit about the upcoming 'Robocop' movie. Now, some of you may be wondering: "Why in the sweet Jesus is this guy talking about the new 'Robocop' movie?" And the reason is because that I completely loved the original film with Peter Weller as Alex Murphy/Robocop. And once I heard that they were remaking it, and they actually have a great director(Darren Aronofsky; 'The Wrestler', 'Requiem for a Dream', etc.) attached, that was a nice relief. Knowing… Continue
