Jackie Earle Haley. Seems like a great choice to me. Here is the article as seen on www.rottentomatoes.com...
Although he had been rumored to be the front runner for the role of Freddy Krueger since February, it was this week that Jackie Earle Haley, AKA Rorschach in Watch… Continue

Read a review once: Man goes to movie. Movie is Batman and Robin. Makes him depressed. Makes life seem harsh and cruel. Makes him feel alone in neon world where what lies ahead is bat-nipples and ice puns. Reviewer said “Treatment is simple. Great film Watchmen is in town tonight. Go and see it. That should pick you up.” Man looks confused. Says “But, reviewer… Who watches the Watchmen?” Bad joke. Everybody boo. Throw fruit on stage. Curtains.
I went into this film ready to hate it. I went ther… Continue
I went to go see Watchmen on opening night, and so here is my review of one of the most anticipated movies of the year...that will more than likely be forgotten by mid-June. Because while I really dug it, a lot of others didn't. Yeah...I don't have much hope for this. Especially when somehow Rorschach can get a strength boost when he yells like Braveheart to beat up a bunch of thugs. Oh well, this gives Alan Moore another reason to curse the world to hell. Continue

With masked vigilantes growing ever more popular in modern day movie-lore (Batman, Rorschach) we are starting to see some stranger ones emerge as well. The film Franklyn that just premiered in London may well be one of the most wacky looking films I’ve seen in a long… Continue
You know how Santa Claus gives lumps of coal on Christmas Eve to those who’ve been very, very naughty? Well, so do judges. In a twist befitting the comic book in question, the judge presiding over the legal battle for distribution rights to Watchmen found in favor of Fox… Continue

I have never been such a huge geek. If I was, I would have read Alan Moore's most celebrated graphic novel, Watchmen a long long time ago. As much as I'm a huge movie geek, I'm not a big comic book geek and some comic book and graphic novel series were introduced through film adaptations like Sin City and 300. Thus I heard a lot of claims and recommendation everywhere, calling a graphic novel called Watchmen, the greatest graphic novel to be ever made. With all the fuss that every nerds around t… Continue
I was surfing the net and happened to come across this little article ...
According to a posting on /Film, fans are already in an uproar over the ending to Zack Snyder's Watchmen movie, which purportedly deviates from the original. Said deviation is rumored to replace Veidt's releasing of his "alien" squid on New York City with a new high point of action occuring… Continue

-Dr. Jonathan Crane
Jonathan Crane was once a well respected professor of psychology...well, until he decided to pull a gun on one of his students during a class lecture. The snooty wigs at the school board must have tho… Continue
