David In Hollywood, you will hear us scream...

The Alien franchise is a gem. It's something to be treasured, despite the major flaws in the writing of the fourth entry. We treasure it because it gave us one of the most original and terrifying creatures in film history, it helped create names out of budding directors who now carry big sticks in Hollywood, and it never repeated itself. Each film has a distinct story, style, and… Continue

KrissKross Why the star wars prequels may disappoint, but not quite suck

Here's my reasons why the prequels dont suck (theyre not as good as the originals by any stretch of the imagination) 5) the action yes, it doesn't matter that much if it shouldn't be the main draw of the film in the first place, but still, the action sequences were pretty great. technically, the movies are all wonderful 4) The villains Now, I know these can't compete with Darth Vader, but in my mind, theyre fucking close. Darth Maul is so awesome and General Grievous....i just love him. so muc… Continue

Joshua the Anarchist New trailer for "Battlestar Galactica" prequel

Well, the science fiction phenomenon known as Battlestar Galactica is in its final season. That shows that they actually care about making quality television, not milking as much moolah out of their viewers as they can. Unfortunately there are apparently still… Continue
