Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate - Announcement Trailer

As yes, yet another example of why you should always wait before you buy a copy of a new fighting game. They will just release a version with more content for a cheaper price at a later time. This new version of Dead or Alive 5 comes with the content that was added into the PS Vita version of the game, Dead or Alive 5 Plus. Along with that content there will also be some new fighters added, and some…

Scary or Die Review

Rating-Some ole' Bullsh*t!!   Poorly filmed, horribly acted, not scary, and almost unwatchable. Scary or die is the clear example of what horror anthologies should avoid being like. I love horror anthologies, so if I say that the film is boring then the film is fucking boring, and I'm quite forgiving of these types of movies.  The only reason I'm not giving this film a "F**K YOU" is because it helped put me to sleep. Goddamn, how do you make a movie like this with blood,…

Tasty New 'Drive' Trailer Parody 'Drive-Thru'

I love Funny or Die, they consistently deliver on a number of categories. Their trailer parodies are becoming favorites of mine. This time around director Matthew Michaud brings us a so-good-it-must-be-fattening send-up of the trailer for 'Drive' featuring FoD contributor Alex Blagg in the Ryan Gosling role. And what's at…

JSA Movie Review

JSA Movie Review

By James Waters

Have you ever seen any movies where you just don’t understand why it hasn’t been mentioned more in any normal movie buff conversation or just not seen by many other people? Not a guilty pleasure or underrated film, but just a film that you know is a masterpiece but haven’t heard anyone else talking about it before? Now I could be just speaking out of my ass saying that JSA…

Dead or Alive: Dimensions Review

The 3DS has launched with a great crop of games, with Super Street Fighter 4: 3D Edition leading the way since its launch back in March. But gamers have not had much to play since the launch titles and so Team Ninja have finally released their latest installment of the successful Dead or Alive series onto Nintendo’s handheld.

With this being my first fighting game on the new system, I can say right away that this is one of the best fighting games of the year anda great  example of how…

(Rebecca Black Friday Review) Mediocrity is Fun: or Which Seat Will You Take?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NLjz-ZJmEc

This is my review of Rebecca Black's Friday. I am new to this sort of thing, so if anyone who is good at this has any advice, I would love that. I desperately want to get better. I would like to point out that I do not like the song specifically. I like it in the same way that some people like Troll2. There seems to be a lost in translation type thing with this video.…

"Life As We Know It" reviüü. By me, Salty the Beast

I am completely serious in saying that the 1-year-old baby Sophie (played by triplets Alexis, Brynn and Brooke Clagett) is the best performance out of any of the ensemble cast in “Life As We Know It.” There are a number of…

The Bad Seed, psychotic children at their best.

I
In 1956 a black and white movie staring Patty McCormack as Rhoda Penmark. Rhoda is a beautiful child, whose seemingly sweet demeanor and quick whit seems to captivate most of the adults in her life. She has a positively doting father who is a military man and an aware mother. I use the word aware because from the beginning of the film she is acutely aware of her daughters actions and peculiarities. While I don't want to ruin the plot and give to much away a slight explanation of…
