Ladies and Gentleman, here it is, not the best movies of this year but of the decade. Also, not to mention some real Dogs that really disappointmented me. You are free to comment or anything you feel free to...
I noticed in Rolling Stone some of the choices made and have to agree on some of them
1.I'm tied between The Departed and Gran Torino as my top favorites of the decade, both had great scripts and legendary acting, one won the critics and academy awards while Gran Torino was shunned at t… Continue

First of all. Let me admit that I am an absolute Simpsons N00b. Everybody has one of those things they should have seen but never got around to watching it. For me one of those is the Simpsons. I still enjoy he hell out of South Park, Family Guy and likewise cartoon shows on tv. However the Simpsons is… Continue
Lets go back to a magical time, where men can offend thousands of Hindus, offend thousands of the southern people, fight women erotically, and get cancer and have nobody believe him, and still have a strong fan-base that lasts over 20 years after he has died. This time is called the eighties. And that man is Andy Kaufman.
This film is about Andy Kaufman (Played By: Jim Carrey) who was a comedi… Continue

Horror films get a bad rap. The genre is rarely taken seriously. After all, how many Oscars have been given to horror films? On the other hand - how many other genres have created such diehard fan bases or given a new meaning to the word sequel? There is a reason we aren’t on “Gone with the Wind XII – Rhett vs. Captain Von Trapp – This time it’s personal.”
Horror films are more than good bloody fun. They could save our lives. Norman Bates taught us that it is important to lock the bathroom door… Continue

Was not expecting what I got.
After they bomb a napalm plant during the Vietnam War, Arthur and Annie Pope (Judd Hirsch and Christine Lahti) are fugitives, never able to settle down in one place for too long. Years later, their son (River Phoenix) falls in love with a young woman (Martha Plimpton) and must decide whether to keep running with his family or stay put and risk… Continue

A Nightmare on Elm Street in HD
Heres what I think...I HATE REMAKES!!!!!!! But I will go see the movie just as a way to go hang out with friends. I went to go see "Friday the 13th" remake and all me and my friends did the whole movie was make fun of it because it was more of a PSA than a horror movie.

Since I hear the word "epic" so much, especially when talking about movies, I have thought of a list of movies that I believe actually are Epic.
Here are my guidelines that I followed: 1) It has to be a movie, but I think a few mini-series can classify as movies. 2) The movie has to take place over a period of years, or the story has to be very rich and grand. 3) As long as the story continues, I view sequels as part of an epic.
I hope you enjoy my list.

As of May 15th one of my favourite sites for movie news (apart from Spill.com) is punching out for the last time. News of their departure was broken by major contributor and owner of the blog, Dave, whose commitment and writing made me laugh and admire his take on the circus that is Hollywood; in it he writes-
"It’s been great sharing my thoughts on movie news and rumors (and a bit o’ pop culture) with you folks, but… Continue
