With THE RING and PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN, Gore has taken two existing properties and churned out two films that surpassed the original material-yes, THE RING was better than RINGU regardless what you fanboys/fangirls say. Madness Mark's "grown-up" review of Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon

Anybody who grew up in the early 1990's more than likely saw Ren & Stimpy, one of the most inspirational television cartoons ever.
