Ilmena Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 Angry Rant

sigh* Let me just start off saying i loved the first MUA. The character roster was diverse and satisfying , the story was interesting and all characters multiple cool moves (about 10 per character) and 4 costumes. Now we come to MUA2 (set during Civil War). I was really looking foreword to this but the more I find out about it, the more I start to doubt. Lets start off with the roster. Presently all but 2 characters have been revealed and its looking, well a little odd...by odd I mean bad. Her… Continue

Luke Veinot THE NO-BUDGET DIARY 04 : I FIGHT PIRANHAS

THE NO-BUDGET DIARY 04 : I FIGHT PIRANHAS We wrapped principal photography in one day. Two location changes. Five female actors and 6 male actors filled out the cast for the three scenes. Shot with only three crew members and at a cost of $22.00. Producer, writer, director and DP, it’s hard to write this blog from one point of view. I mean I started writing I Fight Piranhas on Martin Luther King Jr. Day in 2008. S… Continue

Luke Veinot NO-BUDGET DIARY 01: ATLANTIC BLUES

THE NO-BUDGET DIARY: ATLANTIC BLUES Luke Veinot “The aged rocker rolls his eyes around the room wondering where the kid reporter’s seated. Blogger? Is that what he called himself. I guess someone has to fill the void of the newspaper men and women around the city who now drink their selves closer to misery. Closer to my elbows at the bar. Where is this Cyrus Spill?”… Continue

Kenami Our Memory: The Battle of Yavin

“You’re all clear kid!” this is one of the most memorable quotes etched in the minds of movie goers everywhere as they traveled to that galaxy far far away. I am of course speaking of the assault on the death star at the end of a new hope. The mission being: destroy the death star, the odds of success? Impossible. But with the courage of the rebellion and the determination of a young pilot named Luke Skywalker, but what makes this an important moment in cinema? Till this day star wars fans evContinue

Luke Veinot SOUTH SHORE @ THE CINEMAS: The Spirit Reviewed

SOUTH SHORE @ THE CINEMAS: The Spirit Reviewed Luke Veinot The Spirit is not a great movie. It’s not bad either. I found it entertaining overall but a closer look reveals only a few minor mistakes by rookie director writer Frank Miller. He shows up critcs by not killing one single female. For the first time ever. Frank Miller, comic artist and writer of such recognizable works as Sin City and 300Continue

Leon ASK LEON: "How was New York?"

New York? Shall I compare thee to a witch’s teat? Perhaps a gravedigger’s ass? Or should I just say it was colder than a mother$%*er?

Leon COOL HAND LUKE Deluxe Edition: DVD Review

Frank Sinatra. Clint Eastwood. Jack Nicholson. Sean Connery. George Clooney. Brock Samson. Hollywood icons. All with reputations for being 'man's men' whom did it their way and called their own shots. Yet, no one deserved that distinction more than Paul Newman.
