If only I learn this stuff back in school.. Imagine how many kids I will have send to the hospital. This attack requires your leg to be able to extend to the extremes .... My body will have to have a few adjustments in order to be able to damage someone. I can pratice trying to imitate this but without a trainer it is pretty uselesss.
