New 'Winter Soldier' Set Pics

Joe and Anthony Russo's 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' is currently shooting in California. So I guess that means it won't be finished yesterday, which is when I want to see it. Not-so-patiently biding my time until we…

"Vodka Club" a "Fight Club" parody spoof I shot :)

p>Cześć!

I just released to the world my spoof the movie "Fight Club" set in my beautiful Poland, where instead of a fighting club there's a vodka club that also vlogs. :P I shot it, wrote it, edited it, and have a bit part in it. ;) It also is SUBTITLED, so no worries about not knowing Polish :)

#05 - A View of Expectation

#05 – A VIEW OF EXPECTATION

I do get quite hyped for games and movies, so much that I end up following every information or rumor that is released up until its release. Sadly I must confess that due to this circumstance I end up spoiling a lot for myself and take away a lot of the experience I could have initially had. This issue becomes more apparent with me living in Europe, where many things are released much later, with some exceptions of course. Especially…

Ranking the Gotham Rogues: The Best and Worst of Christopher Nolan's Batman Villains

Of all the superheroes in all the world, Batman is one of the most iconic and legendary. Why is that? Is it his great fortune? His ultimate humanity? His unique symbol or quest for justice? Or is it partly the fact that he has spawned some of the greatest villains in all of modern literature, never minding their origins in comic book form? Yes, it is safe to say that Batman's rogues' gallery is arguably the greatest in all of comic books simply because each villain has a fascinating thing…

The Dark Knight Rises Review

Four years of build-up can do quite a lot. It gets the people pumped to see what's going to happen next, it raises the expectations considerably since the team behind the film is taking their time and since it's the end, people desperately want to know the fate of all…

The Avengers Review

When the Avengers truly assembled for the first time in San Diego two summers ago, Robert Downey, Jr. boldly stated that this film was "the most ambitious movie [he's] ever seen", even over the phenomenon that was Christopher Nolan's Inception. It has taken four years to develop the main…

Spill.com Fight Night!

After the intensely heated discussion that happened in this weeks 'Lockout' review (which you can hear right here), we understand that some people may be a little concerned about The Spill Crew. Well, don't worry your pretty little heads, Spillios - as professional critics there are bound to be times when we don't see eye-to-eye on something. However, we are first and…

Ronda Rousey Clinches Strikeforce Gold!

It may be a bit difficult to make weight with that extra 12lbs of gold!

...And the new Strikeforce Bantamweight champion of the world. Rowdy. Ronda. Rousey. I don't even know where to start with this fight. I loved every moment of it. Not just because Ronda wore very flattering shorts but because she put an absolute clinic on Miesha Tate which should silence any naysayers; it wont because haters gon'…

The Grey - EARLY REVIEW!

Hello, fellow Spillios! Tonight I was fortunate enough to catch a special early screening of Liam Neeson's latest you-wish-you-were-as-manly-as-me vehicle, The Grey. Now, we've all seen the exciting trailer that culminates with Neeson, glass-covered knuckles ready, about to face off with the biggest, baddest wolf outside of grandma's house. But what you will be surprised (pleasantly, I hope) to hear is that, vicious wolves aside, The Grey is a far more melancholy and somber…

The Six Best Cancer Comedies of All Time

Characters with terminal illnesses are a movie cliché of epic proportions. They may even have a support group we don't know about. When the illness is cancer, what could have otherwise been a poignant, enjoyable film immediately invokes groans. The doctor enters the room with those tragic test…

Moneyball Review

Brad Pitt sure has come a long way since his breakthrough role in Thelma & Louise! He's had to overcome the prejudices set against him and prove his real worth as an actor just because he was the "prettiest boy" in town and by doing so, he's managed to solidify himself as one of Hollywood's most iconic film actors in its history. While he's captured the eyes and hearts of women worldwide with his roles in Interview with the Vampire, Legends of the Fall,…
