As I mentioned in the previous review, two movies got mixed up at the 73rd Academy awards; Gladiator and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. The Academy’s music and best picture awards were mixed up,… Continue

The most realistic combat game of the decade is here! But is it fun?
The short answer to this is: Hell no. It is a bad game. But let's point out the good of it first,
Good: This game will be great for some who want the true army experience. They want to feel like you're in a dangerous situation, that you could die at any moment. Well, the game does that fairly well, making you feel like you could get blown away within seconds of your respawn. This is a game for the tactical men of video games.… Continue

With one of my favorite series getting a sequel soon, Toy Story 3, I have been thinking of movies that I would love to see made. Some of these movies are sequels, with the first not really lending to a sequel, but I would very much like to see more of the story developed. I tried to think of movies that aren't in development, or even talked about, but movies I would just personally like to see.
A couple of these films are sequels, while most of these films are based off other things.

Shih Kien, a Chinese actor, has died at the age of 96. Kien was known for playing the villian in Bruce Lee's Enter The Dragon, but he had a incredible 50 year long career (over 350 movies.) He died in a Chinese hospital surrounded by family. Kien also had many other great roles, such as the wise old man who gives advice to Li's character in Once Apon A Time In China, as well as the hillarious chinese movie Millionare express (if you haven't seen it, do yourself a favor and go rent it now.) R.I.P… Continue
It's been a long time since I last play a Spyro the dragon video game . I never got to play the PS3 titles because I did not own a PS3 until later on, and by then I lost interest . As far as I know I did not miss much as fans still miss the days when the franchise was own by Insomniac Games . So I was lucky to have just play the original PS trilogy .
However I was not aware of the movie , which I'm sure all gamers are fully aware by now and so is every movie maniac. And you have seen this poste… Continue

Hello once again, the following list is my top five abridged series online on YouTube ....
# 5 - Rosario+Vampire: The Abridged Series, by Master 10k.
- The only reason that this is # 5 is because the series hasn't officially started yet. BUT it looks great!
# 4 - Dragon Ball Z: Abridged Parody, by Team Four Star.… Continue
Legend, my ass...
I have a proposal to all. From here on in, if a movie that is "based on" a preexisting property fails to honor the source material, be original, AND be remotely entertaining then it should be said to "suck Dragon Balls." If this movie only dishonored the source material, then it might actually still be watchable. The problem is that it is also boring and uninspired.
I cou… Continue

Greetings, my name is Gabe and as a new member (though I have listened to Spill.com reviews for some time now) I believe it is my duty to give at least one thing to the community. For my first blog post, I will submit a written review of the Dragonball: Evolution movie. And yeah I will see it, even though I have doubts on how good it is going to be. However the rest of you may submit your own written reviews of the movie. There are some standards I would like you all to meet though:
1. You have… Continue
I wanted to enjoy this movie. I really did.
I tried to find any aspect of this movie to love yet... no... there wasn't any in sight.
The problem with this movie is not how different it is compared to it's source material, to me, it's the pacing. I feel like the director wanted to shove sooooo much exposition into 90 minutes a… Continue
So I was on a website (whos name shant be mentioned) and someone had already seen the new DBE piece of shit movie and posted what happens in it so that we wont have to see it. So without further stalling, here's what happens in the new Dragon Ball Evolution movie. Spoilers ahead btw.

"Yeah, yeah, listen to the story I'm about to tell Another tale about that yayo" Im pretty sure this song was playing a lot while Alfred Gough and Miles Millar were writing this movie, because somewhere early on the script went down the tube and blaming drugs is easier than blaming anything else.
Well Brenden Fraser is back for the third time in a movie where… Continue
So far I've kept myself avoiding to make any kind of comment about the upcoming live action movie of Dragon Ball, mostly because that, despite being a fan of the series for a very long time, I understand that is impossible to ask for a faithful adaptat… Continue

The Hollywood Reporter says that Samuel L. Jackson is set to star as Sho'nuff in Columbia Pictures' remake of Berry Gordy's 1985 cult classic The Last Dragon.
Jackson will play take on the role of the bad guy, Sho'nuff, the Shogun of Harlem, originally played by the late great… Continue
I love Halloween. I fucking love it. It is the only holiday that truly feels like a holiday to me; no stressful gift buying, no awful traffic, no annoying relatives, and no church. Sounds like a bitchin' day to me too. Anyway, to get in the spirit, I've dedicated my first blog post not to horror movies, but horrifyingly AWFUL movies of the last ten years. Just imagine...you are in a theater...you've just paid to see a movie...and the movie is one of the ones on this list. Pretty horrific shit, a… Continue
