Rating-Matinee!
You know why I hate Kristen Stewart? Because she has to fuck up everything. She is not a good actress at all, and this movie is a good example of this.
The story of Snow White And The Huntsman is that a huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) must hunt down dumbass Snow White (Kristen Stewart) for the evil queen (Charlize Theron). The story is decent enough, but it just feels so mundane and "Been there, done that". I mean, how many times have we seen this…

WRECH-IT RALPH: by Thadeus Brown
How many hits have Disney animations have? Earlier this year Brave was released in theaters, which was a huge it, both critically and in box office. In past years, Disney animations also produced hits in all three Toy Story movies, my personal favorite The Incredibles, Wall.E and so much more to name. To date, Disney animations has not made a bad movie…

Plastic Joint review: Wreck-It-Ralph
http://www.plasticjoint.com/?p=3159
Wreck-It-Ralph (John C. Reilly), or Ralph for short, is a bad guy in a game 'Fix-It-Felix-Jr' (Felix played by Jack McBrayer). On the 30th anniversary of the game's release, Ralph got fed up with being treated horribly, so he decided to hop onto…

Ultimate Spider-Man: A Polite Rant About Misaimed Intentions
For those geeks of you who haven't been living in a cave for a while, the new Marvel animated show, Ultimate Spider-Man, has been met with much, much dislike by the community at large. This is because it was not only heralded by the cancellation of the, well, spectacular show, The Spectacular Spider-Man (which, if…

Brave Japanese Trailer
I found this trailer on youtube and it is way better then any trailer Disney has released in the states. It actually makes the film appear dark, with some really cool Celtic visuals. I really have high expectations for this one, and would love Pixar to deliver a great Celtic Scottish fairytale

kalido star live action cast
The shoujo anime Kaleido Star dazzled audiences ever since its television debut in 2003. Now, I believe it's high time for it to join the ranks of other popular anime and become a live action movie. A bright girl joins a glamarous American circus, facing rivals, making friends and performing glorious stunts on her way to the top. Wouldn't a premise such as this translate amazingly well to a live action medium? Just imagine the possibilities. Careful casting of talented acrobats…

Milky Review: "Winnie the Pooh (2011)"
Hello everybody, Milkman26789Z, here! I've seen this movie almost 10 times (no joke). I always wanted to review it but, I never knew what to say about it. But, after the 8th time, I know what to say. At least, I think I do. That movie, my friends, is none other than Winnie the Pooh! This is Walt Disney Animation Studios's 51st animated-feature. It seems that Disney is really bringing back the magic with 3 great animated films in a row: Bolt (2008), The Princess and the…

My first movie-con experience, and it did not disappoint.
We got up at around 6am to prepare, and reached Stanmore ETA 9:12. Handy satnav is handy. It had been a while since I last ride the tube so it was kind of a thrill. The Jubilee line, after a lot of stops, took us straight to Greenwich.
Mum and Mick then left me to frolic and race to the Indigo2 theatre. I was a little late for the Paramount showcase - finding my seat seemed to take forever in darkness - but was…
