In walking into this screening, I wasn't particularly too excited to see this. I tried to distance myself for my personal hatred towards Jared Hess. I don't think Napoleon Dynamite was one of the funniest films of this generation, I thought it was painfully boring at times. I thought Nacho Libre was a bit funnier, but still pretty bland and boring. Now comes to this. I heard about what kind… Continue

Reality TV is the best thing EVER!
Alright now that I’ve told you all a complete lie, let me tell you the truth about Ricky Gervais’ new movie “The Invention of Lying”.
Lies are good, lies are bad, lies help make the world go around. But what if… Continue
Welcome to Zombieland! Population: You! Well it would be nicer if it was just you but instead you’re also tossed into the company of four complete nincompoops.

I don’t think it’ll come as much of a shock that I think this has been a pretty bad year for films. Sure, there was 'Star Trek' and I liked 'Watchmen' more than some internet folks seemed to but things like 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' and 'Friday the 13th' just can’t be overlooked and oh how I wish they could be. I held out hope, however, for one shining jewel in this sea of mediocrity and downright awfulness and that hope lay in the hands of a movie set in South Africa which was odd b… Continue

Valentine's Day staring Julia Roberts and her doppelganger 18-year-old niece, Emma. Bradley Cooper plays Julia's love interest who happens to be gay. Also features Anne Hathaway, Topher Grace, Jennifer Garner, Jamie Foxx, Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane, Ashton Kutcher, Taylor Swift, Queen Latifah, Shirley MacLaine, Jessica Biel and George Lopez.
*Sigh* I guess a movie about the single women who aren't close to slitting their wrists every Valentine's Day is too much to ask.… Continue

I wish it was today, like it was back then like in A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, where the Horror movies had a theme song with the Horror movie title as the main lyric of the song.
For example, the upcoming Jennifer's Body:
You know she's a hottie,
but she's like a Vampire or something,
So........… Continue
