Depp will probably step into the shoes of Captain Jack Sparrow again, but this might be his last run.
Just recently, there have been numerous reports of Johnny Depp becoming less enthus… Continue

The ultimate team up for the rights of superheroes!
That sounds like a pretty awesome concept, right? If that was the synopsis you first heard of this game and you didn't read comics, it would sound pretty awesome. Does this game live up to that one sentence?
Yes and no. It's definitely not ultimate, but it's pretty cool for comic geeks like myself. On with the pros.
The roster of this game is huge, and although it takes out a few great characters from the first game like Dr. Strange, The Hulk… Continue
Be aware, I'm only mentioning the films I have actually seen.
Best: Ghosts Of Girlfriend's Past
Matthew McConaughey's lastest film is probably one of the only ones I've ever enjoyed other than ATime To Kill & Frailty. Finding out that it was written by Jon Lucas, writer for the apparently hilarious movie "The Hangover", I knew that's what brought the greatness out of this movie. Matthew McConaughey brought out a really good performance in my opinion, and I'd recommend this to anyone… Continue

Let me just start off saying i loved the first MUA. The character roster was diverse and satisfying , the story was interesting and all characters multiple cool moves (about 10 per character) and 4 costumes.
Now we come to MUA2 (set during Civil War). I was really looking foreword to this but the more I find out about it, the more I start to doubt. Lets start off with the roster.
Presently all but 2 characters have been revealed and its looking, well a little odd...by odd I mean bad.
Her… Continue
Yeah, it must’ve been nearly a year ago that I promised Beau I’d scrimshaw some cartoon avatars for the rest of the crew, but I was recently inspired by a generous contribution from the… Continue
With the recent news that Captain America (the real one: Steve Rogers) is soon going to be resurrected, it reminded me of the plague that has been haunting the comic book industry for the past few decades: the death and resurrection of iconic characters. It has happened to Superman, Jean Grey, and… Continue
If you haven't figure out by the title of this post, this blog is about Spider-man and the whole Brand New Day issue. Now this might be a rant too, but I'm betting most of you haven't realized that it has been almost a year and a half since they pull the whole Mephisto stunt. The reason I'm writing this blog is to tell you people that this whole continuity change is here to stay.

There was not a typo in that title, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel has negotiated with Samuel L. Jackson to reprise his cameo role as Nick Fury in a whopping nine films! The actor was reported as having a fallout with Marvel execs over the role a few weeks ago, but it now appears he's back on the train and he's in it for the long haul.
Jackson is now confirmed to play a… Continue

Ever since the first appearances of the Marvel Family in the earliest part of the 1940s, sidekicks have been as vital a part of a superhero’s arsenal as any utility belt or superpower. Many sidekicks form a yang to a hero’s yin, such as Robin being the light for Batman’s darkness or Jubilee being the happiness to Wolverine’s brooding. These names usually come to the forefront of sidekicks because of the dynamic they add to the hero they aid. But many more, while known to comics geeks everywhere,… Continue
EXCLUSIVE
Samuel L. Jackson, clearly bristling, said today that negotiations to put him in the role of Nick Fury have broken down because "there seems to be an economic crisis in the Marvel Comics world."
Jackson told me today that despite his cameo… Continue
I am a sucker for anything Eastwood. To me Clint is the coolest motherf*cker on the planet, and I'd gladly pay full price to see anything and everything that man puts on film. If he made a big screen adaptation of Two Girls, One Cup I'd gladly see it in the theater. That said, there wass obviously some bias going in to see Gran Torino. It was the movie I was most anticipating in 2008 and it came to our local cinema on Friday. Needless to say, I dug the hell out of it. This is easil… Continue
So obviously we can’t tell who’s playing Captain America in this, the smallest of all cameos, but the shot is still pretty awesome. Yes, it’s not perfect, but you can see clearly the tell-tale shield. Appearing on both the Blu-ray and regu… Continue
I've noticed some people who seriously want to contribute into making a Spill movie, or at least a Spill fan film. This group is to discuss things like writing, production, etc... You guys have a crack at it, I'll just moderate. Have Fun!
