I've been looking forward to this one for a long time, I love the movie version of Watchmen. The directors cut only makes it better, not to mention this is a 3-DISC Blu-Ray! Granted that 3rd disc is just the digital copy of the movie. But on with the review!

Let me start by saying that the directors cut
IS the superior version of the film without a doubt in my mind. It's way…

Bond Is Back On Blu-Ray High Def
The Film:
Expectations have always had the tendency to make or break your experience when watching a film. If a sequel doesn’t live up to its predecessor then it’s immediately shunned because audiences and critics alike…

February 16, 2009 by Zach Demeter
By now considered one of the “greats” of the horror genre, Friday the 13th spawned a whole myriad of sequels, ranging from direct continuations to expeditions in space and hell. Although all of them went on to star Jason Voorhees, it was t…

If you have 'The Dark Knight' on Blu-Ray, and you logged into BD-Live between December 9th and December 10th, then you need to check your e-mail. You get an invitation to be a part of a community screening of The Dark Knight on December 18th at 6:00PM PST. Only the first 100,000 users who accept the invitation get a spot. You also get to submit questions before, and during the event, and Christopher Nolan will be there throughout the whole film to anwer them.
I luckily secured my spot! I know i…

I love The Dark Knight. I don't think anyone was more excited about the DVD/Blu-Ray release than I was. Hell, you should check out my room (Four Dark Knight posters, and a life-size Joker stand-up). Maybe I'll take pictures of them later, but anyways! I'm a huge fan of the film, and when I popped in the Blu-Ray last night I was thrilled to finally see the film on my television screen.
That being said, there are some unexplained moments in the film that I just don't get. Here is a list of some o…

All of us remember that mysterious trailer before the film

The Incredible Hulk was amazing in theaters! As it turns out it is way better on Blu Ray.

The Movie Itself:
You could just go watch the Spill review. They pretty much got my whole opinion on it. Everything is great. It wasn't as overwhelmingly awesome as say Iron Man or The Dark Knight, but still great. I demand sequel. So go see it.
NO SCORE BECAUSE SCORES HURT FEELINGS.

How many ways can I say brilliant? M. Knight does it again! After his smash hit with lady in the water I didn't think he could pull off another PERFECT film such as this one! This movie is about some sort of occurrence in which people stop dead in their tracks and start spouting beautifully artistic soliloquies before taking their own life, all against their own will. The film begins with one of these elegantly crafted sequences followed by a short educational scene, and then descends into extreme…

I've been a avid blu-ray watcher and I thought it would be a good idea toe review blu-ray movies and say whether they are worth the buy or not. I assure you it's mixed. Some are worth it, others not so much. So along with Trash Review (I will have a new episode up tomorrow), I will review blu-ray movies. I currently own over 20 BR movies. Tomorrow I will review Twister for Blu-Ray.
My rating system for this series will be as follow:
Don't watch
Rent it on Blu-Ray
Buy the DVD instead
Buy the Bl…
