The WGA strike really put a crimp on this year, and when the SAG strike kicked in in January, Hollywood was really looking to shrink this year. Thank goodness that ended quickly enough. Dragon Ball date been pushed back

Well the movie has changed from Agust, 2008 to April of 09. I don't know about you but I'm pretty happy about the push, the movie started production on December 9, so thats not alot of time to work for a movie swift production = Shity movie, so I'm glade there taking there time.
