Before you wet yourself thinking that this is a review for the new Terminator movie, it's not. It's the mandatory game tie-in that accompanies any summer movie that had a budget of more than $12. For those of you looking for a kick-ass game that seamlessly blends in with the movie...leave now, you'll only find disappointment here.
Supposedly the game was in development by the game company GRIN months before even the initial shooting of… Continue
My solution how to recon the Terminator movies by a pitch to Mc G, and it rhymes.
Terminator Solution
Oh Pick Me
Pick Me
Mr. Director Mc G.
I know how to fix this catastrophe
And I work so cheap it’s like I’m free
I’ll write something so good it’ll guarantee
That this franchise holds up to it’s legacy
First of all, I’d like to honour,
the role in… Continue

Good ol’ Terminator. The epic of John Connor’s human Resistance fighting against Human eradicating machines has been a sci-fi classic for decades even though nobody has actually seen Connor fight this so called Skynet. Finally over 20 years later, we can see the battle for the future in the future that it comes from. And honestly, the future looks pretty awesome.
"In the fourth installment of the Terminator series, Christian Bale stars as John Connor, the eventual leader of mankind's fight againts the machines. The setting is 2018, focusing on the war between the humans and the computer network Skynet. Anton Yelchin co-stars as soldier Kyle Reese, and Sam Worthington appears as new terminator Marcus Wright."
Admitedly, it wasn't until just weeks ago when I… Continue
...and I would not recommend it. I know that my review was great, but it was like co-host and X-men 3, the more I thought about it, the more I realised that it wasn't all that I thought it was. Don't get me wrong, I still like it but it was not worth seeing twice. So if you haven't allready, don't waste the cash seeing it twice. Just once was great but not a second time.
Plot holes and poor logic really ruins a movie. But with T.S., I was able to account for everything in the plot using explanations that aren't explicitly given but aren't discounted so far.
The format of this post is a plot hole is given then a potential explanation and then the explanation of the explanation.
Please leave comments and I have ideas for the next installment let me know if you all want that posted.
I remember about this time last year. One of my friends said to me, “hey, I hear they’re making a new Terminator?” I was so shocked and excited until he said this, “McG is going to direct it.” Then all I thought was, “you talking about the same McG that made the Charlie’s Angels movies?” I’ll admit I had no faith in this movie after that until that is I heard Batman was going to play John Connor. Sorry I mean Christian Bale a.k.a. Batman. Knowing this, plus this awesome trailer was… Continue

This week, it's time to get out the robots and for some flagrant self-promotion. And, I suppose, there's something of a slight unintentional theme going due to the random video pick of the week actually having something loosely to do with the new-movie-of-the-week pick.
first up, movie clip:
Guns 'N' Roses music video for "You Could Be Mine" from the glory days of Terminator 2: Judgment Day (get up and kick bleepin ass during this!)…
This is my first time writing a review for a movie and I am glad that it is on such a good movie. I haven't seen the first two terminator movies, but I am working on it, and even though I am not familiar with the characters or all of the plot, I still enjoyed this film. Christian Bale gave a great preformance as always and he kicked ass in the action sequences. The movie also had a good supporting cast including Sam Worthington, Anton Yelchin, and Moon Bloodgood. McG redeemed himself for those… Continue
Midnight movie madness! Caught this movie today with a full crowd. I have to say, I was excited to see this. I was eagerly awaiting this when I saw the first trailers. Now that it's over, I think I was a little too excited.
If you've seen even one trailer, you'll know the plot of this movie, so I'll skip that and get right into the meat. This movie was alright. Not terrible but also not awesome. It drifted more on the good side than… Continue
Hello, and welcome to part 3 of my favorite movie trailers. if you have missed any of the previous parts, and would like to see them i have posted a link to the first two parts at the bottom of this one. Now without further ado, Let's jump right in...
The Strangers
This film was one of the better horror films of the past 4 years, in my opinion. Some people say that it relied on jump scares. However, i think that even… Continue

just a quick post about one of the strangest product placement in sports.
In the past Football Teams had Films sponsoring their shirts for a few games (Mostly in Italy to be honest).
But now Brawn GP in F1 is being sponsoring by Terminator Salvation. Pretty much the back wing of the car is a poster for the latest movie in the Terminator franchise.
Greetings, fellow Spill members! Now that the Summer Movie Season looms nearer every passing minute, it's time to mark our dates, pick up some cash (if you can), and maybe even wait out on the street for opening day (if you're a TRUE hardcore)! Yes, the months of May through August are by far the best and biggest season for blockbuster entertainment, and the 6 major studios (Warner Bros., Fox, Paramount, Buena Vista, Universal, Sony) will take every opportunity to suck the cash out of our… Continue
So, I have been asking around...
As much as I am hoping for Star Trek XI to be good, I'm worried that despite its best efforts, it's going to get buried. I think it may have a good opening weekend, but here's what it has to compete with:
Well, now that Watchmen's out of everyone's systems by now (except mine... it still lingers...), I think it's a good time to bring up the Summer Movie Season. Yes, it's that time where we get all the big blockbusters Hollywood can afford to throw at us. But if you thought that the economic downturn would cause the big 6 studios (Buena Vista, Sony, Fox, Warner Bros., Universal, and Paramount) to downsize the summer, think again! YOU'RE getting a summer blockbuster, YOU'RE getting a summer… Continue
