Todays local News.

My 6 year old nephew is coming and I thought of letting him watch The Indy Jones Trilogy. because there is nothing at my local theater to watch but, "Lincoln". So I go to the rental shop to get all 3.

I found "Raiders" and "Temple of Doom" really quickly but, "The Last Crusade" is not there. (And btw that other junk had 4 fucking copies including 2 Blu-ray's) . I ask the clerk who seemed like he wasn't busy. Where is "The Last Crusade". and he checks the machine (Notice he works at a…

Autism Awareness Month: A Look at the Modern Autistic Film

For forty years, April has been a month not just to celebrate the Easter holidays or, in the case of this year, a Royal wedding, but to increase the awareness of Autism, a form of special needs that makes it hard for people to communicate and socialize.

As an autistic person, I thought that it would be a good opportunity to look at some of the films that do not just focus on this form of special needs, but that have also changed the way that these characters have…

Two Possible Short Film Ideas!

Hello Everyone,

I have two possible ideas that I would like to make into a short film for the next Spill Dot Con Film Festival. The two ideas are basically one that I think the British Spill members might be interested in doing and the other one is for all Spill members as it can be possibly made anywhere.

A group is made on the website and you can go onto the group for at least a weekly update on the following link, but feel free to continue reading if you wish: …

Review: The Crow

Being a great rock musician sure can have its consequences. Such as, being murdered and thrown out of window while your girlfriend is being raped by a bunch of junkies. The ultimate anti-musician movie, I think i'll try becoming a baker.

The Crow stars Brandon Lee, in his final film, as Eric Draven, a rock musician who comes back from the dead to avenge his own murder, as well as that of his fiancée. Exploiting his undead ability to heal… Continue

New Orleans Voodoo Fest!!!!!

Sweet shit!! I can't wait for Friday to finally get here. If you're wondering why, it's because Friday kicks off the lineup for the Voodoo Music Experience or just Voodoo Fest. Voodoo Fest is a yearly music festival held in the New Orleans park with three days of fucking great music. Over the years the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tool, Rage Against the Machine, Smashing Pumpkins and many more have headlined. This year the headliners are Stone Temple Pilots, Nine Inch Nails, and R.E.M. I'm going all… Continue

Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom Review

Plot: Indiana Jones is stuck in the middle of no where with his young friend Short Round and a chick named Willie Scott and have to get back. Meanwhile they have to save a civilazation from dying.

This movie was just okay! I didn't think it was the best but still pretty good. The cast was pretty good. The action was great. I liked the mining car scene the most and then it would be the life boat. The one scene that got the PG-13 rating… Continue
