Universal Exec Reveals Plans For 'Ted' And 'Bourne Legacy' Sequels

Now that the summer has come to a close, all the major studios are looking back and examining what worked and what did not. The things that worked are to be given the only honor studio execs tend to understand: sequels. At a recent conference in L.A. Universal CEO Steve Burke stated the necessity of securing more…

"Ted" Review - Teddy bears are no longer sacred to kids...

Walking out of my room, in which the cockroaches and the rats are at war for total supremacy, I can honestly say I wasn't expecting much from Seth MacFarlane's directorial debut, 'Ted.' I expected little more than what I saw in the trailers and anything I've seen in just about every Family Guy episode: Crass, vulgar humor that does tickle the funny bone every now and then, and is good to watch with the guys. Needless to say I held just as much breath for Ted as I did the notion that Fox…

Ted review

Seth MacFarlane, the man who known from creating Family Guy, finally makes his debut in directing in his first feature length live action film, Ted. The Summer Movie Wars 2012 – Volume 3 (July)

This is it. The big month of summer movies and usually where the money gets made very easily…..if it all goes well, that is, because some films do make some decent dough and some barely get to scrape the bottom of the candy jar to meet their quotas.

July is that special month when it comes to movies, especially the beginning of the month when one of the biggest U.S. holidays (i.e., The 4th of July) arrive and that does mean more people will be out of school already…

So here we are again Spilldos... Spilllos... whatever. Another year and another Paddy's Day just around the corner. It's important to remember what it means to be actually Irish 'cause Hollywood has commited another act of cultural Black Face. Or as Leon put it in the audio review: the Irish Birth of a Nation.
