Oscar Prep: Avatar vs. Inglourious Basterds
Now the buzz I've heard in discussions regarding Oscar nominations, specifically Best Motion Picture, the two that seem neck-in-neck are Avatar and Inglourious Basterds. Recently throughout the summer, I've been seeing a lot of action-sci fi films. I said to myself later on, why aren't there more auteurs in cinema these days.
