New Info and Concept Art for Bungie's Destiny

Just a little while ago on their website Bungie unveiled some new information that helps you get a clearer idea of the role your character will take in Destiny as well as some concept art of the world. The player will assume the role of a Guardian, whose job is to protect the last safe city on Earth. Players will be able to choose from three separate class types; Warlock, Titan, or Hunter. Each have their own unique abilities that affect how you will play through your story in Destiny. The…

30 Seconds of Footage From Cancelled Mega Man FPS "Maverick Hunter"

Some footage found it's way online from a cancelled Mega Man FPS. For once fans seem to have been actually grateful that a Mega Man game got cancelled. Obviously the idea here was something akin to what Retro Studios did with Metroid Prime. Funny enough this game was in development from Armature Studios, which was formed by a bunch of people who left Retro Studios. Nothing about what we see in the footage says, "Mega Man" and that is probably why it got the can. Or maybe Capcom is just…

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter Review

With a title like Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, you’re probably thinking the same thing, “wow, this sounds like a dumb idea”. However this idea despite being dumb either makes you think that it’s going to be so dumb that it’s awesome or so dumb to the point that it is bad. The real question is; is Abraham Lincoln so dumb that…

"American Ghost Hunter" Movie Review

American Ghost Hunter Review

As you probably know, if you listen to the League of Extremely Ordinary Gentlemen, I am a believer in the supernatural. I’ve been a fan of Paranormal State since its first season, in large part because of the integrity with which the team approaches its investigations. That integrity carries over into the documentary American Ghost Hunter (via Executive Producer/Director Chad Calek, Executive Producer Ryan Buell, and Line Producer Sergey Poberezhny, all…

Troll Hunter Sundance 2011 review

I sincerely want to love Troll Hunter, the latest in a batch of Scandinavian horror movies that have been shipped stateside. I want to love it for its tense cat and mouse moments, I want to love it for its impressive ideas towards shaky cam cinematography, and most of all I want to love it for the trolls themselves, massive behemoths scouring the Norwegian countryside for a stray sheep or unsuspecting college student. Unfortunately, Troll Hunter is a mixed bag that brings down the good with an… Continue

The Bounty Hunter: Criminally Dull

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/88/Bounty_hunter_poster.jpg

While a lot of people may disagree with me, I am firm in my opinion that Gerard Butler is a solid talent in Hollywood today. Granted, Gerard Butler hasn’t exactly been featured in the most

thought-provoking, groundbreaking, or theatrically brilliant film, but

he has been an enjoyable actor nonetheless, and has released a host of

highly entertaining films within the last ten years. 300, Law Abiding…

Top 7 Most Disapointing Films From Good Directors.

You know when there are just great directors and it almost seems that anything they do is just magnificent, and better than the first. Well that's why I'm making this list to show that actually all of us even Hollywood directors, all make mistakes too.

7. Mars Attacks! (1996) directed by Tim Burton
